Prof. PIETRO VENEZIA

He received his Dentistry Degree with honours from Bari University in 1989. He completed a Post-Graduate Adhesive Aesthetic Prosthodontics Programme at Siena University in 2003. He attended courses at the Oral Health Center of Southern California University.

He completed a Prosthodontics Programme at Bari University, where he also taught.

He is adjunt professor in Prosthetic Dentistry at University of Catania Italy) and Visiting Professor at University of Tirana (Albania).

He was also involved in teaching activities at the Post-graduate Master Courses of Bari, Naples, Siena, Genova, Foggia, Catania and Rome Universities.

He is EPA (European Prosthodontic Association) Recognised Specialist in Prosthodontics

He is an Active Member of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (A.I.O.P.) Active Member of Digital Dentistry Society (D.D.S.) .He is also a founder member of Italian Society of Dental Prosthesis and Oral Rehabilitation (S.I.P.R.O.) and Silver Member of Style Italiano.

He is a Fellow of I.T.I. (International Team for Implantology). He has written articles for national and international journals.

Author of the book “Esthetics and Function in complete denture Prosthesis” (EDRA Ed.)

He combines clinical practice with teaching activities, with a focus on advanced refresher courses on aesthetic prosthodontics, complete dentures and implant-supported restorations. He works in an associate private practice in Bari, with a specific focus on prosthodontics.
