Considered a leader around the world in reconstructive and esthetic dental implant surgery, Anthony Sclar has been in private practice at South Florida OMS since 1989. In addition to publishing numerous journal articles and textbook chapters, he authored the hallmark, multi-language textbook entitled ‘Soft Tissue and Esthetic Considerations in Implant Therapy’ (Quintessence 2003). He also serves as an editor for the dental implant section of the JOMS and is an Adjunct Professor and Director of Clinical Research and Post Graduate Dental Implant Surgery, department of OMFS at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
