Patient scenario 6 - Claire: "Was the original treatment done properly?"

Claire has two implants that were placed 15 years ago. She is feeling frustrated as she has had a number of peri-implantitis-related problems that resulted in what she felt was quite extensive treatment three years ago. Claire is hoping for a permanent fix – trying to understand the options open to her and wondering why the peri-implantitis has returned. The cost of repeated treatment is also a factor.
