Wendy Gill

BDSc MDSc FRACDS (Perio) FADI FICD FITI FPFA

Dr Wendy Gill graduated from UWA in 1994 and spent 9 years in

general practice in Australia and the UK before completing her

Masters Degree in Periodontology in 2006. Wendy obtained her

Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons

(Perio) in the same year and now maintains a specialist periodontal

practice in West Perth. She is a previous president of the Australian

Society of Periodontology (WA), previous president of the Dental

Study Group of WA and a Fellow of the International Team for

Implantology. She is also a long term Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard

Academy, the Academy of Dentistry Internationale and the

International College of Dentists.

Wendy co-ordinates an ITI Study Club and is also the Western

Australian representative for the Australian and New Zealand

Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP). She is a trainer for the Swiss

Dental Academy.

She lectures and runs hands-on training courses locally, nationally

and internationally on periodontal and dental implant topics. Wendy

has a passion for helping the profession manage periodontal and

peri implant diseases and changing the narrative.
