What is My Academy?

My Academy is your personal ITI Academy media library. You can add items by bookmarking or purchasing them.

Is there a record of the Assessments I recently accessed?

Go to your My Academy page and Recently Accessed Learning Content. Click on Review to check your answers against the correct responses. Click on Continue to go back into an Assessment you have not completed.

Where can I see the current balance of my Academy Coins?

When you click 'Purchase with Academy Coins' on any of the Academy learning items, the system will show you your current balance. You can still click 'Cancel' if you do not wish to actually purchase the item.

I am an ITI Member but I cannot open Academy videos. What is the problem?

Check that your membership is valid at this point, that you are logged in and that you are using an updated browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox recommended).

How can I purchase Academy items?

Items can be purchased using Academy Coins if there are enough left in your account or by using a credit card. On the detail page of the learning item, click on '+ Purchase with Academy Coins' or '+ Purchase with Credit Card'

What are medals and how can I get them?

Medals are awarded for roles and functions in the ITI Academy and the ITI. They remain hidden until you receive them.

What are badges and how can I get them?

You can earn badges by fulfilling different user tasks like e.g. adding Learning Pathways to My Academy or by documenting your cases using the Case Cloud. Most badges are awarded in three tiers (bronze, silver and gold) and they also add Academy Coins to your account.

How can I obtain ITI Academy awards?

You can obtain ITI Academy awards in many ways, for example by improving your Assessment results, by documenting and classifying your cases in your Case Cloud, or by rating learning content that you have purchased. Click on the different icons under 'My Awards' in your personal navigation to find out what they are awarded for.

Can I earn Academy Coins through badges?

Every badge comes with a few Academy Coins that you can use to purchase ITI Academy content.

What is the Community Feed?

The Community Feed provides an overview of the activities of your ITI friends.

What is an ITI friend?

An ITI friend is someone who has given you access to information about his or her activities on the ITI website. In order to be on someone's friend list, you first need to send a friend request.

Where can I see my upcoming events?

Go to your My Events page to see your upcoming events.

Are there any suggested events?

You can find suggested events on your My Events page. These are events near your location (based on your IP).

What kind of information is available in the My ITI Overview?

You can find information about the Free Item of the Month, your messages and your tasks. You will also find the Community Feed, all your Upcoming Events and the Active Forum Threads, along with your Classrooms and your Recently Accessed Learning Content.

The Community Feed provides an overview of the activities of your ITI friends.

What is a task?

A task refers to steps that still need to be completed for which you receive a system-generated reminder.

What profile information is visible to other ITI Members?

ITI Members who log in can see your network profile with your profile picture, title, degree, first name, last name, city, country, membership status (type, Member since), the number of awards earned, your affiliations and functions, your professional summary and detail about the awards earned.

Can I choose any official ITI language for publications irrespective of the country I live in?

Yes, the country is not relevant and you can choose the official ITI language that suits you best.

What happens if I unsubscribe from News subscriptions?

You can opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email communications we send, or adjusting the preferences in your account settings (restriction of processing).

If you have an account for our services, we may still send you non-promotional transactional communications, like service or membership-related emails.

Where can people see my author profile information?

As an ITI Academy author you have a public profile, on which author information as well as a statement on financial relationships and conflict of interests are displayed.

How can I edit my profile?

Go to your Settings page and modify the information as required.

Where can I get my ITI membership certificate?

You can download your ITI membership certificate on the Settings page. Please go to Membership, Certificates & Billing. Under membership status you will find a Get membership certificate button.

I am an ITI Member. Is my ITI profile public?

No, not automatically. Your network profile is only accessible to ITI Members. You need to go to your public profile settings and check the box near the top of the page to make your profile accessible to the general public. Your public address, public profile email, public profile website, public profile phone number and the CV visible on the public profile will be accessible to the public.

Where can I get my ITI Study Club certificate?

You can download your Study Club certificate on the Settings page. Please go to Membership, Certificates & Billing. Under membership status you will find a Get Study Club certificate button.

You can download your payment confirmation on the Settings page. Please go to Membership, Certificates & Billing. Under membership status you will find a Get payment confirmation link.

Where can I get payment confirmation for previous periods?

You can download payment confirmation for a previous period on the Settings page. Go to Membership, Certificates & Billing. Under membership status, click on Show past invoices to access the Get payment confirmation link.
