Majd Al Mardini, D.D.S., MBA, FAAMP, FRCD(C)
Majd Al Mardini is a Maxillofacial Prosthodontist, he received his undergrad and D.D.S. from Damascus University and the University of Western Ontario. He received a Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and then completed a Fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics and Oncologic Dentistry at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas. He completed his Master of Business Administration MBA at both Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
Dr. Al Mardini is also the director of the Maxillofacial Prosthetics Unit at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. He is also an Associate in Dentistry at the University of Toronto, and a Fellow of the ITI (International Team for Implantology), a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthodontist. Dr. Al Mardini is the Educations Delegate for the ITI Canadian Section. He is the author of multiple international publications and the contributor to a textbook published through Elsevier Publishing.
In addition, he maintains a private practice in Hamilton (www.dralmardini.com) focusing on Esthetics, Dental implants, reconstructive dentistry, and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics.
Dr. Al Mardini is involved in several research projects focusing on using dental implants in the maxillofacial prosthodontics patient, as well as using state of the art technology in improving the quality of life of the maxillofacial prosthodontics patient.
