 Aims:

1.  To look at the survival of short implants

2.  To look at the alternative of placing longer implants by carrying out the internal sinus lifts

3.  To look at the surgical techniques for internal sinus lifting

Objectives:

1.  Participant to understand when to place short implants vs longer implants in the posterior maxilla

2.  Participant to be able to carry out internal sinus lifting safely in practice

3. Participant to understand the use of internal sinus lifting vs external sinus lifting
