Human Specimen Course hands-on: pre implantological surgery

Would you like to increase your knowledge in the field of pre-implant surgery?

Would you like to be able to practice in an environment close to everyday practice?

ITI, in cooperation with Straumann, offers you a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge of procedures

focused on pre-implant surgery such as:

• reconstructions of bone defects in the maxilla and mandible;

• Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR);

• sinus floor elevations and reconstructions with autologous bone

All in combination with the immediate placement of implants.

And you will also learn to reduce the risk of surgical complications and damage caused by medical

interventions during implantation.

During the day, short theory blocks are alternated with lots of practice and experience. You will work under

the guidance of experienced professionals with modern instruments in the cutting room of the Skillslab. This

will allow you to further develop the skills needed for these surgical procedures.
