Individual guidance from an experienced ITI mentor is an effective way to broaden your clinical expertise at every stage of your career. Whether you are an advanced beginner, an experienced clinician or somewhere in between,  get professional guidance tailored to your specific needs. The ITI Mentorship program offers a flexible on-site or online service with an experienced ITI mentor from your region. Discover clinical tips and techniques that draw on evidence-based treatment protocols to enhance your professional career by discussing and shadowing with experienced ITI colleagues.

Mentorship Pathways - Approach 1

Approach 1: Online

Coaching:

Online/telephone discussions to learn and discuss tips and techniques for treatment modalities in focus area selected by the mentee

Duration: 1 hr/week over 4 weeks

Mentorship Pathways - Approach 2

Approach 2: In-Person

Shadowing:

Mentee can spend 1 full work-day in mentor’s private practice/faculty clinic to observe new clinical cases/surgical procedures performed by mentor in focus areas selected by the mentee

Duration: 1 day

Mentorship Pathways - Approach 3

Approach 3: Hybrid

Coaching & Shadowing:

Online coaching + Over the shoulder observation
1 hr/wk online x 3 wks
+ Half day per month (over 3 months) over the shoulder observation in the mentor’s office to observe treatment approach and surgical procedures performed by mentor in focus area selected by the mentee

Duration: 3 month

Selects package and fill out the interest form

We receive your details and communicate your interest to the mentor of your choice for the package you select

Once your mentor accepts your request - we connect you with your mentor via email-pay the mentorship fee directly to your mentor and get started with the program
