Management of Esthetic Implant Complications: Prosthetic Aspects

This lecture discusses various types of prosthesis-related implant complications that can occur in the esthetic zone. Management of esthetic implant complications are discussed via numerous case presentations. A review of the literature is presented to highlight the most common issues and causes of complications. Advice, clinical recommendations, and alternative treatment options are proposed to reduce the risk of complications in daily clinical practice.

  • describe the factors that lead to predictable treatment outcomes in the esthetic zone
  • describe the various prosthodontic treatment options in the management of implant complications
