As of February 2023

The text below sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and the ITI  – International Team for Implantology. Please read it carefully and, If you have any questions, contact [email protected].

Registration

We offer online registration for ITI Members through our website at www.iti.org . For more details, please go to our website. Registration and login data to our website are confirmed by an automatically generated email. ITI membership is valid for the calendar year: January 1 to December 31. New Members can register according to a monthly sliding scale (pro rata) at any time during the year, however after July 1 membership will also include the following calendar year. To guarantee continued delivery of correspondence and access to the ITI Member website, membership must be renewed by December 31 each year, unless a multiple-year membership package has been selected.

All payment information you send via the internet is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is currently the preferred method for secure credit card data transfers via the internet.

Rolling membership. ITI membership starts on the day it is purchased and is valid for the period selected: 1, 2, or 3 years. Your ITI membership will continue year to year unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. To make use of the current ITI membership benefits, you must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (that may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method"). We will charge the membership fee for the next period (payment intervals of 1, 2 or 3 years are possible, “Payment Interval”) to your payment method. Should you wish to terminate your membership, you must do so before it automatically renews at the end of the payment interval.

Billing

Recurring billing. By starting your ITI membership, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next payment interval at the then current rate to your payment method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each period may vary for reasons that may include promotional offers and/or changes or additions to membership benefits. Please note, the auto renewal checkbox is automatically activated in the registration or membership renewal process as well as under “My Settings” in your account, authorizing us to charge such varying amounts to your payment method. Under “My Settings” you can always unselect the autorenewal checkbox. Such a change will have no effect on your current payment interval.

Price changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine at our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you and will be applied to the next payment interval of your membership.

Billing cycle. The membership fee for our service will be billed at the start of your membership and each payment interval thereafter unless or until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method on the last day of your current payment interval. Membership fees are non-refundable.

No refunds. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ARE MADE FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Should you terminate your membership, you will continue to have access to the current ITI membership benefits through the end of your current payment interval.

Payment methods. You may edit your payment method information by visiting our website and clicking on the "My settings" link in your account. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account (see, "Membership cancellation" below), you remain responsible for any payments owing and authorize us to continue billing the payment method. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain payment methods, the issuer of your payment method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your payment method service provider for details.

Membership cancellation

You may notify us of your wish to cancel your membership at any time by contacting ITI Headquarters at [email protected]. No refunds will be made on fees that have already been paid. Fees for the year in which the cancellation is submitted must be paid.
