\u00dcber das Stipendienzentrum<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\nDie 1868 gegr\u00fcndete Tufts University School of Dental Medicine ist eine akkreditierte private zahnmedizinische Fakult\u00e4t mit Sitz in der Innenstadt von Boston. Seit ihrer Gr\u00fcndung spielt die Tufts Dental eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Entwicklung der zahnmedizinischen Versorgung und der zahnmedizinischen Ausbildung. Das Leitbild der Fakult\u00e4t lautet: \u201cAusbildung mit dem Ziel klinischer Exzellenz; Wissen zur Verbesserung der allgemeinen Mundgesundheit; F\u00fcrsorge und Gemeinschaft\u201d. Dies wird durch die Bereitstellung \u201ceines zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Lehrplans mit integrativen Schwerpunkten sowie eines vorklinischen und klinischen Umfelds, das neue Praxismodelle und Technologien einbezieht\u201d, erreicht. Die Fakult\u00e4t legt zudem Wert auf die \u201cAbstimmung von Forschung und Wissenschaft, um einen Beitrag zum Wissen und zur Praxis im Bereich der Mundgesundheit und der allgemeinen Gesundheit zu leisten\u201d. Sie bietet einer vielf\u00e4ltigen Gruppe von Studierenden im Grund- und Aufbaustudium eine zahnmedizinische Ausbildung und bereitet sie darauf vor, im 21. Jahrhundert die Zahnmedizin f\u00fcr unterschiedliche Patientengruppen \u2013 insgesamt 4 Millionen Menschen im Gro\u00dfraum Boston \u2013 in verschiedenen zahnmedizinischen Fachgebieten und vielf\u00e4ltigen Praxisumgebungen auszu\u00fcben. Die Ausbildung an der Tufts University findet in einem \u2019Umfeld statt, das eine Kultur der Inklusion und zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfer Versorgung f\u00fcr Lehrende, Mitarbeiter, Studierende, Alumni und Patienten auf lokaler und globaler Ebene f\u00f6rdert\u201c. Interdisziplin\u00e4re Versorgung und Ausbildung stehen in den Graduiertenprogrammen im Vordergrund, in denen Assistenz\u00e4rzte der Prothetik und Parodontologie gemeinsam komplexe Patientenf\u00e4lle erlernen und behandeln. Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft der Kliniken sowie ein gemeinsamer Raum f\u00fcr die Implantatplanung schaffen ein Umfeld, das positives Lernen und Kollegialit\u00e4t f\u00f6rdert.
