Das Programm ist sorgf\u00e4ltig strukturiert: 60% der Zeit sind der Patientenversorgung gewidmet, 20% der Forschung und 20% bereichernden didaktischen Aktivit\u00e4ten. Die Stipendiaten haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, direkt an der Behandlungsplanung mitzuwirken, bei einfachen wie auch komplexen Operationen zu assistieren und in innovative Forschungsprojekte einzutauchen, die das Potenzial f\u00fcr Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen in f\u00fchrenden Fachzeitschriften bergen.\r\n\r\nZwar sind ITI-Stipendiaten nicht selbst an der direkten Patientenbehandlung beteiligt, doch spielen sie eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Unterst\u00fctzung erfahrener Kliniker und Assistenz\u00e4rzte und gewinnen zudem unsch\u00e4tzbare Einblicke in die Praxis der Oralchirurgie und Implantologie. Das Programm umfasst einen umfassenden theoretischen Lehrplan mit insgesamt etwa 150 Stunden \u00fcber das Jahr verteilt, der sich auf die Bereiche Oralchirurgie, Stomatologie und Implantologie bezieht. Vorlesungen und Kurse werden \u00fcberwiegend auf Englisch abgehalten, wobei in einigen Sitzungen auch Deutsch zum Einsatz kommt.\r\n\r\nDie Stipendiaten erhalten Zugang zu erstklassigen Weiterbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, darunter Spezialkurse mit Schwerpunkt auf hochaktuellen Themen wie Implantattherapie, Knochentransplantation und \u00e4sthetische Implantologie. Zu den herausragenden Angeboten z\u00e4hlen die ITI Education Week und weitere Fortbildungskurse (CE). Dies ist eine spannende Gelegenheit, mit f\u00fchrenden Chirurgen zusammenzuarbeiten, an Forschungsprojekten teilzunehmen und Ihre F\u00e4higkeiten in einem dynamischen, unterst\u00fctzenden Umfeld zu verfeinern.
