As one of Europe’s largest university hospitals, Charité provides a stimulating academic and clinical environment that integrates state-of-the-art patient care, teaching, and research.
Under the mentorship of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Florian Beuer, MME, department chair and internationally recognized expert in prosthodontics and implant dentistry, Scholars will actively participate in patient treatment. Working under supervision, they will contribute to all aspects of prosthetic and implant therapy, with a special focus on digital workflows and esthetic rehabilitation.
The program emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists in oral surgery, periodontology, and other related disciplines, offering Scholars a comprehensive perspective on oral rehabilitation and patient-centered care. Exposure to pioneering research in fields such as material science and digital innovation provides valuable opportunities for academic and scientific advancement.
In addition to hands-on clinical training, Scholars will engage in structured educational activities, including seminars, literature reviews, and collaborative case discussions. This dual focus on practice and theory ensures a balanced and profound learning experience.
Applicants with strong backgrounds in reconstructive dentistry are encouraged to apply, as this foundation enables deeper engagement with the department’s demanding clinical and academic program.
By joining the Charité ITI Scholarship Center, Scholars will gain advanced clinical expertise, build international academic networks, and prepare for leadership in prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
Assoc.
