Die zahnmedizinische Fakult\u00e4t der Yonsei-Universit\u00e4t gilt laut dem QS-Ranking als die beste in S\u00fcdkorea und z\u00e4hlt zu den besten zahnmedizinischen Fakult\u00e4ten weltweit. Der Universit\u00e4tscampus befindet sich in Shinchon \u2013 einer erstklassigen Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum von Seoul, die sich durch eine lebendige Atmosph\u00e4re, ein reges Studentenleben und architektonische Pracht auszeichnet. Ein Stipendiat wird an der Yonsei garantiert eine sch\u00f6ne Zeit verbringen und die koreanische Kultur von ihrer besten Seite erleben.\r\n\r\nDie Abteilung f\u00fcr Parodontologie wurde 1974 gegr\u00fcndet und war die erste Einrichtung in Korea, die ein Lehrbuch zur Parodontologie f\u00fcr Zahnmedizinstudenten ver\u00f6ffentlichte. Dar\u00fcber hinaus f\u00fchrte Yonsei-Perio als erste Einrichtung das Konzept der gesteuerten Geweberegeneration sowie Zahnimplantate in Korea ein, noch in den fr\u00fchen Jahren ihrer Entwicklung. Das Fundament von Yonsei-Perio beruht auf einer starken Leidenschaft f\u00fcr die parodontale Regeneration, die sich in den landesweit h\u00f6chsten klinischen Leistungszahlen, Generationen engagierter Professoren und einem starken Forschungsnetzwerk zeigt, das zahlreiche renommierte Einrichtungen auf der ganzen Welt miteinander verbindet.\r\n\r\nDas Forschungsinstitut f\u00fcr parodontale Regeneration wurde 1995 gegr\u00fcndet und erm\u00f6glicht das gesamte Spektrum der Forschung, einschlie\u00dflich In-vitro-Untersuchungen an parodontalen Stammzellen, translationalen Tiermodellen und randomisierten kontrollierten klinischen Studien. Die Professoren von Yonsei-Perio sind in der globalen Forschung, Lehre und akademischen Zusammenarbeit t\u00e4tig. Also, there is a separate implant clinic with additional surgery rooms for advanced implant and related augmentation procedures. The Perio department works in close collaboration with the Prosthodontics department and the central laboratory, all of which are located on the same floor of the dental hospital.
