The General Assembly of Fellows forms its democratic foundation and provides ultimate oversight.\r\n\r\nThe Board of Directors sets the strategic direction while the Education, Research and Leadership Development Committees develop and conceptualize strategies in collaboration with the Board and ITI Headquarters. The Section Leadership Teams implement strategies locally, ensuring global alignment and regional relevance. ITI Headquarters facilitates collaboration and communication across all governance bodies.\r\n\r\nThe Board and Committees are composed of volunteer Fellows from various disciplines and countries.
