Registration Confirmation

Your registration and payment will be automatically acknowledged by email, confirming your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration is only valid on full payment of the fees due.

Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure a seat in the congress. Payment must be made by credit card. The credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note that all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘ITINA2019’.

For on-site registration, please show proof of payment or pay directly upon arrival at the registration desk. If fees are forwarded late and are not credited to the PCO account by the start of the Congress (bank transfers may take up to 4 working days), a copy of the remittance order certified by your bank must be supplied as proof of payment.

All payments must be addressed to: Sentergroup Inc., with the keyword “ITI NA 2019”. Please also write the participant’s name clearly as otherwise payment cannot be identified and assigned to your registration. If payment is made by bank transfer, please ensure that any transfer/bank charges are covered by you. The full registration fee must be received to ensure your registration.

Cancellations must be sent to the ITI by email to: Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt in writing. Registrations may not be transferred to another party. The ITI is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. 


  • Cancellations before January 1, 2019 will incur an USD 50 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations from January 2, 2019 through April 15, 2019 will receive a 50% refund minus USD 50 processing fee. 
  • Cancellations made after April 16, 2019 will not be refunded.


ITI is not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by ITI, all registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.

Social Program
Payments are non-refundable after January 1, 2019.

Purpose of Data Collection
The ITI (International Team for Implantology) handles all personal data according to Swiss law. To register for the congress, it is necessary to collect, save and process your personal data. Information gathered with the congress registration will only be used for the purposes of planning and conducting the congress and will only be passed on to third parties that are directly involved with the running of the congress and only if the organizational procedure makes it necessary (e.g. hotel). The ITI will provide you with information of other similar events unless you withhold your consent when registering. 

The ITI plans to carry out filming and photography at the congress for use in its educational, news or promotional material in print, electronic or other media, including the ITI website. All such material is the property of the ITI. By participating in the congress, you grant the ITI the right to use these images/videos for such purposes. Only officially contracted ITI congress vendors and journalists with ITI-approved press credentials will be permitted to take photographs and film material. Anyone making a recording (using personal video/audio equipment, cell phones, digital/film cameras, tape recorders or similar) without prior permission from the ITI or without proper credentials will be asked to stop using these devices immediately - the ITI does not take any liability.  
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is recommended that you take out an insurance policy of your choice when registering for the congress and booking your journey. The policy should include:

  • loss of fees/deposit resulting from cancellation of congress participation or cancellation of the congress itself
  • loss of international/domestic airfares through cancellation for any reason
  • failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delays, strikes, force majeure or any other reason
  • medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover)
  • loss or damage to personal property
  • additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements need to be altered

The ITI does not take any liability for participants failing to arrange their own insurance in their country of origin.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The ITI reserves the right to delete, modify or alter items in the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of congress scheduling and delivery at its sole discretion and without notice. No liability will be accepted by the ITI for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party following such changes. The opinions expressed in the congress presentations are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the opinions and views of the ITI. The ITI does not recommend or endorse any specific products, opinions or information shared during the congress.

It is necessary to adapt the content of the present general terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, we reserve the right to amend them at any time. The amended version of the general terms and conditions will also be published here. Please reread the privacy notice regularly.
