All the prices include statutory sales tax according to European/Swiss regulations.

UNDERGRADUATE/POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

To benefit from a student fee, it is necessary to provide a signed letter of confirmation on official school stationery from the department chair /dean or a photocopy of the current student card. Please send this by email to iti2014@interplan.de.

 

PAYMENT

Registration fees for the Symposium must arrive with Interplan at the same time as the registration form or within the following two weeks, at the latest two weeks before the congress (by April 10, 2014). The only currency accepted is the Euro (EUR).

For on-site registration, please show proof of payment or pay directly upon arrival at the registration desk. If fees are forwarded late and are not credited to the Interplan account by the start of the Symposium (bank transfers may take up to 4 working days), a copy of the remittance order certified by your bank must be supplied as proof of payment.

All payments must be addressed to: Interplan AG, München, with the keyword "ITI 2014". Please also write the participant's name clearly as otherwise payment cannot be identified and assigned to your registration. If payment is made by bank transfer, please ensure that any transfer/bank charges are covered by you and not passed on to Interplan. The full registration fee must be received by Interplan to ensure your registration.

 

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Registration will be confirmed by email or letter once payment has been received. Should you need an invoice in order to effect payment, please contact the registration office. Please show your booking confirmation to collect your symposium documentation on site.

Registration of students will be processed as soon as the status confirmation letter or a photocopy of the current student card has been received by Interplan.
