Introduction:
A case of 23-year-old female with congenitally missing tooth #22, is presented to explore soft tissue management for achievement of optimum esthetics. Before proceeding single-tooth implant threapy, required mesio-distal distance at crown and root level is obtained by pre-prothetic orthodontic treatment. One-part Standart Plus (Narrow Neck Ø 3.5 mm) Straumann® Dental Implant is placed surgically in optimum 3-dimensional position. Soft tissue improvement after 2-months of non-submerged healing period is presented step by step.
