Top-class regional and international speakers, stimulating discussions and 325 participants from all over South East Asia came together at the ITI Congress South East Asia held at The Stones Hotel in Bali, Indonesia. The program for “Clinical Controversies and Challenges in Implant Dentistry” offered insights into a wide variety of topics, among them “Oral Rehabilitation After Trauma and Trauma Surgery with Dental Implants” as well as the “Full Digital Approach to Implant Dentistry”, and featured a strong faculty including ITI President David Cochran, German Gallucci, Bilal Al-Nawas as well as the cream of South East Asian speakers.
Participants were especially enthusiastic about the high quality of the lectures and the opportunity to meet colleagues, network and make new friends. “We were happy to see that, apart from actively participating in our scientific program, participants also enjoyed themselves and extended their professional and personal networks”, said Chatchai Kunavisarut, Chair of the Scientific Program Committee. Most participants agreed that they were already looking forward to the next ITI Congress South East Asia. “This is extremely gratifying feedback – we, too, cannot wait for our next congress”, commented Alvin Yeo, Chair of the ITI Section South East Asia.
The diverse scientific program was complemented by a presentation of the ITI Online Academy, a half-day Corporate Forum as well as an industry exhibition that provided an overview of the latest products in the field.
