ITI-funded Research

The ITI has been funding research into implant dentistry and related fields since 1988 and has supported more than 400 projects in this time. In return for financial support, the ITI expects the results of research to be published in a respected scientific journal with a high impact factor. Publishing the research results makes them accessible to dentists across the globe and helps to fulfill the ITI’s mission "to promote and disseminate knowledge on all aspects of implant dentistry and related tissue regeneration through education and research to the benefit of the patient“.
